2 tins salmon, skin removed & drained broth from salmon milk or stock 1 tin Campbell’s cheese & broccoli soup dollop of lemon and herb or other salad dressing or Helluva Good Dip, French Onion |

-whisk soup, dressing & broth together until smooth -stir in shredded cheese -add chopped veggies such as cauliflower, broccoli, mushrooms, or peppers -add broken chunks of salmon |

-place in a medium sized Corelle casserole dish with lid -cook in microwave on high for 4-5 minutes, then reduce to med-low for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally -serve over pasta such as fusili or linguini -makes a tasty thick sauce -serve with a crisp white wine, such as Reisling |
